Returns
We accept complete unused orders for returns. If you want to cancel your purchase, please email us at info@sveastudio.com, and we will help you with the return and refund. Customized wall coverings, will be recycled since they can not be resold. We do not reimburse any shipping costs. Samples are not returnable.

Refunds
After we’ve received and inspected your order, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still can't see the money, please contact us at info@sveastudio.com.
