Delivery summary
- Murals: shipped withing 2-5 business days;
- Samples: shipped in 3-10 business days;
- Delivery of all customized mural wallpaper is free.
How long will it take to arrive
Mural wallpapers: usually arrive in 5-8 business days.
Samples: usually arrive in 7-14 business days.
After the wallpaper is customized and ready, it will be shipped the same or next day and depending on your location the shipment usually takes:
- Withing EU: 2-4 business days;
- To US, UK and other countries: 4-8 business days;
When your wallpaper is sent, you will also receive a tracking number. Depending on your country, the carrier can collect customs.
Returns
All our orders can be returned within 30 days of arrival. If you are not happy with your order request return using our email address info@sveastudio.com. We will guide you with further steps and help with the refund.
